The official HOA election facilitated by community elected ELECOM was done and a successful 153 Household voted.
What this means is that the real unit owners and long term lessees are now going out to ask questions, participate and in cooperate.
HOA Officers 2026-2028
At the organizational meeting of the Board on 6 September 2026, the officers of U.P. Bliss (San Vicente) Community Association, Inc. were elected and appointed for a term of two years, in accordance with Article VI of our Amended By-Laws.

Secretary — Romulo Andrew K. Silvestre II
Treasurer — Juanita C. Pacena
Auditor — Virgilio D. Villanueva
Assistant Secretary — Reynaldo C. Mendoza

Where things stand as of September 14, 2026
By the Secretary of the Board
- Turnover of records, property and assets from the previous Board is in progress under Art. VIII Sec. 6.
- The Association's principal office of record is Suntay Social Hall. Board meetings are being held at the UP Bliss Multi-Purpose Hall in the interim.
- The Membership Roll required by Art. III Sec. 9 is being compiled.
- Compliance filings with DHSUD-NCR are being prepared.
- Committees are being organized under Art. VII.
