What the Association is Building for Members

The Association is compiling its own Membership Roll under Art. III Sec. 9, and may separately endorse or coordinate with National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC).

Documentation

Minutes of every Board meeting will be recorded and made available to members.

Books and Records

The books and records of the Association are open to member inspection during office hours, as provided in RA 9904 Sec. 7(b).

Transparency

An annual statement of the affairs of the Association will be presented to the members, and the annual audit will be open to inspection, as required by Art. IX Sec. 8 and Art. X Sec. 4.

Community Dues

No dues or fees are being collected at this time. When collection begins, it will be announced in advance, and an official receipt will be issued for every payment. No officer is authorised to receive money without one.

Written Resolutions

Every rule this Board adopts will take the form of a numbered written resolution, and will be published.

Proper Reporting

Concerns go first to the Grievance and Adjudication Committee, then to the Board on appeal, as Art. VII Sec. 1(a) requires.

U.P. Bliss Business Registry

The Association is building a registry of the businesses operating inside U.P. Bliss (San Vicente) — sari-sari stores, carinderia and food arcade stalls, home-based services, online sellers, repair shops, and everything in between.
